I am a speaker, author, and college professor. I write on the relevance of medieval beauty, especially, as it relates to Dante and C.S. Lewis. I am now the Director for the Center for Beauty and Culture, at Benedictine College, where I oversee a program for bright college students who have a heart for the holiness of beauty (Angelico Fellows).
What I Write and Speak On:
In my popular writing and lectures, I venture into the arts; travel and literature; technology and humanism; science and culture; and the experience of modernity, all in light of the ancient and medieval world.
I am the author of five books (most recently, The Medieval Mind of C.S. Lewis) and many academic and popular articles.
I enjoy giving lectures on what I’m thinking about.
